Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CompliantCrew (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Description of Service

CompliantCrew provides software tools to help contractors create and manage OSHA-aligned safety documentation, including written programs, toolbox talks, incident-related materials, and job hazard analyses. Features and availability may change as we improve the product.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Subscription and Payment

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may manage or cancel subscription billing through the Stripe Customer Portal or as described in the product. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout.

Free Tier Limitations

Free accounts are subject to usage limits (such as monthly document generations) and feature restrictions shown in the product or on our website. We may change free-tier limits with reasonable notice.

Acceptable Use

You will not misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no attempting to gain unauthorized access, no interference with other users or our infrastructure, no scraping or reselling access except as permitted, and no use that violates third-party rights or applicable law.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Outputs may be produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence. You are responsible for reviewing, customizing, and validating all generated content before relying on it in the field or in official records.

This tool does not replace a qualified safety professional. Generated safety documents should be reviewed by a competent person before implementation. We are not responsible for OSHA citations or workplace incidents.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, branding, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes. You retain rights to content you submit; you grant us a license to host and process that content to operate the Service.

Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where preempted by federal law. Courts in Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction where applicable.
